By using this store or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. What you are buying

Kitbag sells digital files — templates, trackers, wallpapers and asset packs. Nothing we sell is a physical product and nothing will be shipped to you. Delivery is by download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

2. Your licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or business projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or publish the files, or pass them off as your own product, whether free or paid.

3. Our intellectual property

All files, artwork, text and design on this site remain the property of Kitbag or its licensors. Buying a product does not transfer ownership.

4. Your responsibilities

You must give a valid email address at checkout, since that is where your files are sent. You must not attempt to interfere with the site or gain unauthorised access to it.

5. Refunds

If you have not yet downloaded your files, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once the files have been downloaded the product is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded, because digital goods cannot be sent back.

A no-refund rule is not a no-support rule. If your download link does not work, the files are corrupted, the contents do not match what the product page described, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will resend, repair or refund as appropriate. Duplicate charges are always refunded in full.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or run promotions at any time; the price you paid at the time of your order is the price that applies to that order.

7. No warranty

Products are provided "as is". We do not warrant that a product will meet any particular requirement or work with every version of every software package. Any requirements are stated on the product page — please read them before buying.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
